Logging in Issue

Hi Team,

I’ve lost access to my 2FA authentication tokens and recovery codes but I would remember the username and password for my account. Two days ago I submitted a support request (Ticket ID #1250685,1250724) and have not heard back at all from GitHub Customer Support in spite of following up multiple times via email.

Our organization relies on GitHub for our daily workflow (GitHub Enterprise account). Is this the typical level of service that premium members can expect?
