Jenetics / JPX on GitHub

This project is in the GitHub repository. I’d like to implement this project for writing GPX files derived from DJI Mavic flight records. The “project” appears to be a JPX library that provides the means to read, write & manipulate GPX files. The author provides a that includes how to build the library as well as an example of input (lat & lon) & the subsequent output as a GPX object.
I’m NOT an Java programmer & need help. I’ve downloaded & built the “project” in Android Studio (which I assume is legit?). I’ve made sure that Java 11 is associated w/ the project (I think!).
My question is how does one “run” the program, meaning where’s the interface for providing the input data (flight record data) in order to output a bona fide GPX file?
