I've been flagged and can't contact support

I logged in my account and found a red banner saying

Your account has been flagged.
Because of that, your profile is hidden from the public. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support to have your account status reviewed.

I tried to contact support but when I send my request I get an error message saying

Sorry, we couldn't understand your request. Please explain the question or problem you've encountered in detail.

What do I do?
