  1. when you write up info on an ‘issue’

how do you see your issue again?

also when did this forum open up and was active? i tried googling for it in the past and could never find it

nobody on any other sites knew like on quora or reddit or anywhere (not a single site on the entire web) had any users that knew about this forum when i specifically asked where the github forum was

There’s no such thing as archiving a GitHub Issue. Issues can be:

  • Closed – the issue is still accessible and can be commented upon
  • Locked – the issue is still accessible but can only be commented upon by people with push access to the repository
  • Deleted – the issue is gone and can’t be retrieved

One can archive a repository, but that just makes the repository and everything in it (including issues) read-only. Everything is still there and accessible.

This forum has been open since the end of October 2017.

almost nobody ever does this:

‘Deleted – the issue is gone and can’t be retrieved’

this repo/code thing seems to be ‘archived’

how to best solve for the question in op for this: ‘Deleted – the issue is gone and can’t be retrieved’

‘forum has been open since the end of October 2017.’

how’s that possible? it didnt show up once on google, googled so many times, not a single person anywhere knew
