'Issued at' claim ('iat') must be an Integer representing the time that the assertion was issued

I’m using a simple script to submit GitHub Status to pull requests. The script can be found at https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/tools/run_tests/python_utils/check_on_pr.py.

It works fine most of the time, but occasionally we will get following message. I’m sure I sent an integer, can you please help?

HTTP Status 401 Unauthorized
Fetch access token from Github API failed:

Hey @lidizheng,

Thanks for reaching out and our apologies for the delay, are you still experiencing this issue?

same issue here. And I’m clearly sending int. Error is pretty frustrating, as it’s obviously is related to something else. + no clarification on that in the docs. Refferning to GithubApps Api docs.

@lidizheng this answer helped me:

Also seeing same issue - no luck on a solution so far…

I had the same issue because my computer time was not synced with global (and GitHub) time.

I am still having the same issue but it happens randomly and only once in a period of time! Is there any solution?
