Issue fetching new PRs refs

Since yesterday, all pull requests are failing in the CI, because the git fetch command is failing.

+ git init
Initialized empty Git repository in /drone/src/github.com/ ***/*** /.git/
+ git remote add origin https://github.com/ ***/***.git
+ git fetch --no-tags origin +refs/pull/563/merge:
fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/pull/563/merge
retry in 5s
+ git fetch --no-tags origin +refs/pull/563/merge:

+ git fetch --no-tags origin +refs/pull/563/merge:

+ git fetch --no-tags origin +refs/pull/563/merge:

+ git fetch --no-tags origin +refs/pull/563/merge:

+ git fetch --no-tags origin +refs/pull/563/merge:
fatal: Couldn't find remote ref refs/pull/563/merge
exit status 128

For old pull requests the builds are working pretty fine, as we can see below:

+ git init
Initialized empty Git repository in /drone/src/github.com/ ***/*** /.git/
+ git remote add origin https://github.com/ ***/***.git
+ git fetch --no-tags origin +refs/pull/550/merge:
From https://github.com/kaefer-cit/dpms-rails
 * branch refs/pull/550/merge -> FETCH_HEAD
+ git checkout -qf FETCH_HEAD

Hi @niltonvasques,

It looks like you were fetching a different ref yesterday than the one that is failing today. Can you confirm that refs/pull/563/merge exists in your repository?

Thanks!
