GitHub issue addresses have only numbers, but do not include titles, e.g. https://github.com/aspnet/Security/issues/1734. It will be better to include titles of the issues, similar to stack overflow, e.g. https://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/111230/shouldnt-the-answer-with-more-votes-be-above-the-accepted-answer. It allows by copying url to have an understanding, what the issue is about.
Having just number is not user-friendly. Even this github forum includes the title(e.g.https://github.community/t5/How-to-use-Git-and-GitHub/Where-to-create-issues-about-GitHub-itself/m-p/4437#M1440).
I’ve submitted the suggestion to the contact page https://github.com/contact, as it was suggested at https://github.community/t5/How-to-use-Git-and-GitHub/Where-to-create-issues-about-GitHub-itself/m-p/6474#M2127 , but I’m posting here for public visibility
