is there a way to verify/sign a commit after is pushed?

Signing would require amending the commit: git commit --amend --gpg-sign with the commit you want to sign as HEAD. The usual issues with rewriting history that has been shared apply.

Verifying depends on what you want. If you just want to make sure the remote commit is the same as the local one you can compare the commit hashes. Signature verification requires signing first. :slightly_smiling_face:
