Note the missing A record.

That is most likely an issue in your local network or possibly with your provider. This message in particular looks like something is wrong with your DNS server (the one at 192.168.0.1):

Good catch, airtower-luna! I appended “140.82.121.3 github.com” to /etc/hosts. Now I can connect no problem. Appreciate the tip!
