I'm new to GitHub. How do I use source code stored on GitHub in a webpage?

As I said in the title, I’m new to GitHub. I planned to use GitHub to store my source code for CSS, which I could then use on my webpages. The only problem is I don’t know what hyperlink to put in my <link> tags. What hyperlink format should I use?

will you upload your CSS file on GitHub? if you site is on another location, you must get the full path of that file or if your site hosting from the same repo, just get the relative path,

The CSS is already on GitHub. The webpage will be off GitHub. The issue is that I don’t know how to format the link to the file.

send me the link of the GitHub repo, so that I can give you the link that you are looking for

The repo is private. More what I’m interested in is the formula for the hyperlink in the <link>. So like, would I just type the link to the file in the repo? Such as: http://www.github.com/your-repository/your-file. Or would I have to go to the cloud or wherever the files are stored for use for GitHub? Such as (maybe, IDK): http://www.githubstatic.com/files/your-repo/your-file.
