I want to respect Github

How can I be a good user of github?

EDIT: My last two posts have been closed with a reference to legal concerns. I am not aware of being involved in any legal concerns, and I am really sad to not be able to open dialogue. I’m also having trouble finding the place to open a support ticket, which I was referred to do.

@xloem thank you for being here. I understand it can be quite frustrating to await a response, unfortunately the team here has no visibility nor ability to resolve the issue you’ve inquired about. I wish I had a better answer for you, however, only the folks at private support can help as this is an account specific issue, and we are unable discuss specific account details in the public forum. (thus the reason the topics are closed).

I can confirm we’ve received your support request and a member of our support team will contact you as soon as available.

Thanks for your patience.

AG, thank you so much for your reply. My concern is about a different issue than the account concern from some time ago, but it is true that is also pending without reply.

How does this land, hearing that it is a different concern? I am rather scared my thread could be closed and my support account even blocked. I need to know how not to run the risk of being blocked here.

Thanks for the additional context @xloem. As far as the other concern, I can see our teams of service team are already on the case and will send you a reply with further info shortly.

As long as you adhere to our code of conduct here, there will be no reason for your access to be restricted.

I hope this helps.

Thank you so much. If I accidentally violate the code of conduct, is there any recourse to learn what it is that I did?

Do you mean that they will e-mail me? I don’t believe I’ve managed to contact them yet, for them to reply.
