I can't get my GitHub pages site to work

I am making a portfolio for school using the GitHub pages. I followed the instructions we were provided which were.

  1. Install a template from HTML5UP.
  2. Make a new repository and upload the template.
  3. Enable pages and the site was published.
Now I just get a error that says " The site configured at this address does not contain the requested file.
If this is your site, make sure that the filename case matches the URL. For root URLs (like http://example.com/ ) you must provide an index.html file."
I do have a index.html file downloads but no idea what to change. It can be found here at AustinMundy · GitHub. Any help is appreciated.

It’s working just fine.

Since you added your template files inside a subdirectory called Forty, you need to add that in your URL to see the content.

I would suggest to refer to the official documentation.
