I can't connect shippo to woocommerce

Hello, I have a question, I am trying to connect shippo with woocomerce but when shippo tries to connect I get an access denied code.

Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time we were unable to send the consumer data.

and I don’t know how to fix it, I clarify I’m a newbie.

If you can help me and tell me where this error comes from it would be of great help, previously shippo connected perfectly and received orders normally but at one point it stopped working and I disconnected it, but when trying to connect again it gives me that error.

please help.
