I appreciate the "Submit a ticket to support" replies but THEY DO NOT RESPOND

Numerous topics exist about an account being flagged (as is mine now) and the typical answer is to contact support.

Kicker is - they do not reply!

So now I am locked out of my account and my team is sitting here burning up hours waiting for a solution so we can get back to work.

I am a paying client so I would reasonably welcome service for my payment.
