How do I make my navbar work cross browser

I have been struggling for a while trying to get my navbar to work. For some reason it doesn’t work on chrome or android.

Im not sure if its a coding issue or if I need to update my scrollTo libraries. Im at a loss and out of ideas. I have read through the posts on here and sometimes updating the libraries can fix the problem. I am a novice at this and wouldn’t know where to start or how to do this.

<ul class=“nav navbar-nav navbar-right”>
<li><a href="#home" class=“smoothScroll”>HOME</a></li>
<li><a href="#service" class=“smoothScroll”>SERVICES</a></li>
<li><a href="#about" class=“smoothScroll”>SOFTWASHING</a></li>
<li><a href="#team" class=“smoothScroll”>NANO-TECH</a></li>
<li><a href="#portfolio" class=“smoothScroll”>COMMERCIAL</a></li>
<li><a href="#contact" class=“smoothScroll”>CONTACT</a></li>

If somebody could help me, that would be great. The website is

Thank you in advance`

Yup, fails on Chrome.

Not-an-HTML-expert, but the problem doesn’t appear to be the navbar, I think it’s the anchor definitions.

For example, your page source reads:

<a href="#service" class="smoothScroll btn btn-default wow fadeInDown" data-wow-delay="2000">Our Services</a>

I believe it should be:

<a name="#service" class="smoothScroll btn btn-default wow fadeInDown" data-wow-delay="2000">Our Services</a>

Here is a good example.

I’m brand new at this and I just want to find some projects people need help on so I can practice on them.

So, are these internal links?

Did you get these links working in Chrome and Android?

maybe add a rel = “internal” to the html lines for each link?

Okay, so, if they are internal links, add the rel = “internal” to the html lines for the anchor links and then also, make good and sure your #href is the exact same name as your id in the main section html.

Try that.  Let me know if it works.
