How do I get support for the github shop?

Sorry to post here, but I have not found another way. 

I have bought the same thing on the github shop twice (a github onesie for a friend who had a baby), received a confirmation of the order and money docked from my credit card but the stuff never shipped. 

I tried writing to as that seems to be the support channel, but received no answer. 

So my question is: what should I do at this point?
