How do I fix this error that keeps popping up when I try to upload my website?

I have uploaded my files on GitHub https://github.com/venkata97/venkatajasti-portfolio and tried to deploy my website online using netlify. but I’m getting this error. And even when I tried to upload my website using Github it’s not uploading!
