How can I update my GitHub server?

Hello,

I wanted to update our installed in-house GitHub server. So I went to the admin, management console, then Updates. But there I get the following error message:

Unsupported version
Your version of GitHub Enterprise no longer supports autoupdates. Please update to a newer series (e.g. upgrade from 2.3 series to 2.4 series)

Note that my version is (shown right on the side of the warning) is v2.19.2.

So it seems that automatic updates no longer work. Then how can I update my server manually?
