How are you managing release, feature and story planning?

I’m the product owner / business analyst for our team and am responsible for managing our product backlog, priorities and story development (we use scrum).  My team is actively using GitHub for managing our source code and I’m trying to figure out how I can manage our release, feature and story planning so it lines up with GitHub.

We’re using but it’s not great for higher level planning activities.  Are there any other tools, projects or hacks you’ve found that works well for scrum teams?

GitHub Projects provides you with a board where you can just insert individual items. You could create a new project board for every scrum for example. For higher-level planning activities you can use Milestones.
