Hide tags from Releases Page

All,

Is there a way in GitHub so that if I go to a repo’s repo/releases page to have GitHub ONLY display Releases? That is, not any tags that might be pushed to the repo, but just the fancy, release-with-text and all that are done via “Draft a new release”?

Note, I thought this might be doable only because gh seems to be happy to know what a release is:

❯ git tag
cvs/GEOSadas-5_25_0
cvs/GEOSadas-5_27_1
cvs/GEOSadas-5_27_1_p2
cvs/GEOSadas-5_27_1_p3
cvs/Jason-3_0
cvs/Jason-3_1
cvs/Jason-3_2
... many more ...
v1.0.0
v1.0.1

❯ gh release list
Release consistent with GEOSadas-5_27_1_p3 CVS Tag as of 2021-Feb-25 Latest (cvs/GEOSadas-5_27_1_p3) about 3 months ago
Exclude .git directory from installation (v1.0.1) about 1 year ago
Initial Release with Semantic Versioning (v1.0.0) about 1 year ago
CVS GEOSadas-5_25_0 Release (cvs/GEOSadas-5_25_0) about 1 year ago

So if gh can show me “just the releases” I was hoping GitHub itself could!

Also, I just noticed with testing that only annotated tags show up on these pages, but I’d still like to only see “real” releases.
