Help on git command

Anybody can help on the command to list all merged branch names  older than 90 days.

Hi @suneeshvr,

This post was moved to a different board that fits your topic of discussion a bit better. This means you’ll get better engagement on your post, and it keeps our Community organized so users can more easily find information.

As you’ll notice, your Topic is now in the How to use Git and GitHub board. No action is needed on your part; you can continue the conversation as normal here.

Let me know if you have any other questions or if I can help with anything else.

Cheers!

I’m not sure what you’re asking. Are you asking for:

  1. The list of all branches merged into any branch?
  2. The list of all branches merged into a specific branch?
  3. The list of all branches that were created more than 90 days ago?
  4. The list of all branches that were merged more than 90 days ago?

The command to list all branches that were merged into a specific branch is git branch -a --merged [specific-branch]. From there, I found this StackOverflow answer that talks about how to find when a particular branch was merged … but how to get to what you want from there is still another step or two.

I hope that helps!
