This is about my working account(not this one that I am using to write this post). I am block from my working account because the 2 factor authentication information was lost. After trying options on the help page and discussed with IT department of my company, I want to delete the account included in the tickets, so that I can create a new one. I submitted 2 tickets: 723226 and 722897 regarding this issue but receive no response yet. I would really appreciate if someone can help me as this problem is blocking me from starting working.
