Need help on a requirement where I want to refer a file/folder from one repository to another in Uipath code…
Also, if a change made on the reference file should be reflected in both the repositories. This will help me with packaging the Uipath processes to nuget in a easier way.

It sounds like you want to use git submodules.
Check out this great video about submodules to see if this falls in line with your use case.
You will want to use the update command to get the latest version of the original repository of the submodule.
$ git submodule update --remote --merge
