Google Search Console can't crawl my Github Pages

Hello. I recently opened a Github Pages blog using Jekyll and submitted its sitemap to google search console. Instructions said it will be fetched in a few days. Three weeks later, the search console still can’t fetch the sitemap. I also tried URL index request and it doesn’t work, although the URL test result shows everything is okay. The sitemap is accessible and no special settings in robots.txt.

One suspicious thing is a Javascript console message in the URL test result:

Error with Permissions-Policy header: Unrecognized feature: 'interest-cohort'.

I googled it and it seems to be a feature that Github added to block Google’s user tracking. Does this have any effect on website crawling?
If not, What should I do for my blog to be crawled?
