GitHub Workflow: It is impossible to obtain logs when a step timed-out (360min)

I have a workflow that timed-out for some reason. I want to inspect the cause but can’t because the logs provide no useful information:

BTW, where to issue a feature request or bug report for GitHub itself?

ubuntu-latest is an odd self-hosted runner name.

Are you intentionally self-hosting runners?

If not, the problem is probably your runs-on attribute.
