Hi, a few days ago I got an email from GitHub:
Thank you for submitting an appeal regarding the trade restrictions placed on your GitHub account. We are not able to reactivate full service on your account due to current legal requirements, and have suspended your account. We want you to know that we remain committed to providing users around the world with access to our services to the greatest extent allowed under applicable law. If you relocate or circumstances change in the future, you may submit another appeal at that time.
Then I tried to login to my account, and I couldn’t. It redirected me to https://github.com/suspended and said my account is suspended.
I have never submitted any appeals regarding any trade sanctions.

I contacted email@example.com, they didn’t respond at all, but they sent an email later saying how was my experience with the support, it’s like they had closed my ticket without any replies and then the system automatically sent me a survey to fill.
This is amazing, how rude of you to say “we are committed to providing users around the world with access to our services to the greatest extent”.
