Does anyone knwo how long it takes the support team to respond to support tickets? Or if thee’s even a paid support option to get some sort of response?
I opened an account last week, created a few gists for a Medium post I was writing, and the account was immediately flagged for some reason. I opened a support ticket a few days ago,but no response from anyone yet.
It’s been a really bad first experience here, and it’s slowing down other work now.
