github private support being uncooperative and not providing any info

Ok.  So for the past week or two, I have tried to reach out to github support as to why my account has been suspended, and they just send me the same letter over and over again that I apparently violated the terms of use without so much as providing any examples of such incidents, and none any attempts to get more information, have a conversation concerning this go unanswered, all the while I have not had access to my account, which has been detrimental to me…  I really need to have an actual conversation with someone rather than continue to be ignored, as this is starting to really upset me.
