Github Pages - Not loading libraries + source

I’ve uploaded one of my projects to GitHub and I want to use the Pages feature to create a website out of it. Sadly, everytime i do so it doesn’t seem to load the libraries referenced at the top of the index.html (P5, Maxim & Nexus).

Here’s the link:

But if I load the HTML file in rawgit it works fine, link here:

And when I do it locally on my computer, absolutley fine. Really need a fix for this!

Hi @cvaughanuk,

Your GitHub Community Forum post was moved to a different board that fits your topic of discussion a bit better. This means you’ll get better engagement on your post, and it keeps our Community organized so users can more easily find information.

You can now find your Topic in the “Pages” board.

Thanks,
Angela

In looking at the Chrome debugging tools, it looks like it is getting a 404 on the _maxiLib.js library:

My suspicion is that this is because Jekyll and to some extent Pages treats files and  directories starting with an underscore (_) special. Have you tried renaming the file to not have an underscore in it?
