Github pages drops custom domain

Hi!

Sometime back, we set up a custom domain for our blog: https://neurofedora.github.io, which should now be served at https://neuroblog.fedoraproject.org. At least twice in the past two weeks, though, https://neuroblog.fedoraproject.org has given us 404s and when I’ve checked the settings, the custom domain is no longer set there. When I re-enter and save the setting, it begins to work again (I just set it again and it works now).

Would someone have an idea why this would happen?

Thanks!

Fixed: I was using ghp-import to push the generated bits, and it was removing the CNAME file each time. Using the -c option to set the correct CNAME fixes it.
