Github not sending webhooks

I’m testing webhooks for Github. I set them up a couple hooks to test with my repo, github.com/Redbot/apitest/settings/hooks

At first they were sending, and I was receiving them on my server. I could confirm this with the “recent deliveries” tab on the webhook page.

Now I can no longer make them trigger, no matter what I do. I added several new webhooks, including “all events” and nothing is sending. Any advice?
