TwilioQuest PlayDate Twitch Broadcasts on the GitHub Education’s Twitch channel October 27th-28th to demonstrate the workings of the TwilioQuest missions and allow student communities to engage and play alongside the TwilioQuest team.

TwilioQuest Universe 2021 is a limited-time event for students to complete both an open-source and javascript missions to receive an exclusive, GitHub Branded Keycap as swag.

Contest Rules

  • Students must complete both TwilioQuest Missions: JavaScript Test Lab Mission & The Flame of Open Source. If you have completed the The Flame of Open Source mission in the past then great! You’re still eligible to participate in the contest.

  • The Airtable form will go live October 27th at 12:30pm PT and will close as soon as we hit our max entries of 175 submissions.

Contest Submission steps

  • Students must complete both TwilioQuest Missions: JavaScript Test Lab Mission & The Flame of Open Source.

  • After completion of BOTH missions copy your Player GUID *keep this handy

Player GUID can be found in your settings of TwilioQuest. Within the game, press the number 3 on your keyboard to bring up settings. On the left side under “Settings”, click the “Show Player GUID”. Copy/Paste the string of numbers below. (Example: 03c0458c-8a2e-4a71-e2f3-1b4937eca922)

  • Fill out our Airtable form

  • You will be notified by Friday, November 5th if you were in your top 175 students eligible for the GitHub branded keycap. Shipping details will be provided then.
