I’m trying to download a file from github
https://github.com/yudai/gotty/releases/download/v1.0.1/gotty_linux_arm.tar.gz , but it seems to be extremely slow . I’ve tried this on multiple machines on different networks . https://www.githubstatus.com/ isn’t indicating any downtime either . Is anybody else seeing a network issue?
The connection to Releases or file downloads goes directly through to Amazon’s S3 server, which is based in the United States – your connection speeds will depend on your proximity to those servers.
If you would like to get some further insight into your connection to GitHub you could visit our debug site:
Once you have those results, I’d recommend next reaching out to your internet service provider (ISP) and providing them with the information so that they can investigate whether there may be any issue on their end.
