Has anyone come across an issue where their billing info was changed? My account was updated from Free to Pro during the week but not by me, I’ve downgraded, contacted support and changed my password just in case but was curious if anyone has come across this before?
Hey @marknci, thanks for being here. I suggest enabling 2 Factor Authentication in case this was related to your account being accessed by someone other than you.
