I’ve built a github application (https://github.com/marketplace/performancetestingbot) and am working on trying to get it to create comments on other users repositories. I believe I have the permissions set up correctly, read / write on both Issues and Pull Requests and have been able to write comments on pull requests (https://github.com/jeffm14/performanceTestExampleRepo/pull/61). When the application tries to post to apps that are not owned by my account I get a “403 Resource not accessible by integration” response which sounds like an access issue. However the application is able to post new issues on the same repository. Is there a way I can debug to see where things are being blocked?
I figured it out! I was generating the Bearer token using the app id instead of the installation id
