Are manual approval wait time billed? I just checked actions billing docs and they don’t tell anything about this. Understandable since this is a new feature.

You do not get billed for the time a workflow is in a “waiting” state (this counts for a manual approval or a wait timer). In the below example I had 2 jobs that were each 1 second so at the end the billable time is 2 seconds. Before the second job could run though there was a manual approval that wasn’t approved for around 28 hours. That is reflected in the “total duration” time.
