Github Actions in one repo stuck for the past 48 hours. Support emails won't respond

I have one repository where one specific workflow has been stuck for the past 48 hours. (2d 2h 7min). Everything past this workflow is listed as “queued”.

If I click on “Cancel Run” It says “You have successfully requested the check suite to be canceled.” but never cancels.

I’ve sent 2 support requests and I have only recieved one response 2 days ago that says:

> “Thanks for the report! Our engineers have been investigating and have a potential mitigation in place. Builds should start getting unstuck but if that’s not the case for you, please let us know.”

At the moment I can’t get any of my workflows to successfully complete for the past 2 days.

Is seems like this is happening to other people. Can anyone give any input on when this will be resolved?

Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We had reported this issue to the appropriate engineering team, this issue is caused by an incident with Actions.
According to the latest update from the appropriate engineers, this issue has been mitigated, users are able to trigger new workflow runs and have them run successfully.
However, the previous runs are in an indeterminate state, if they have started running, they will all have timed out after 6 hours anyway. And Our engineers seem are planning on doing a job that goes and marks all stuck jobs during this incident as cancelled.
