I have all the commit details , how can i get the pull request details corresponding to that commit SHA or commit url? |

What exactly are you trying to achieve? In general commits exist independent of PRs, while PRs contain a set of commits to merge (which may change if the PR is updated). |

Not really. You can use labels to add very limited metadata. You can also stick stuff into the description in a structured format.
And then retrieve it. |

Normally if you want something to propagate, you’d stick it into a commit, either in git metadata, git commit message, or normal files… |
