Finding an issue by its number stopped working

I’ve used to jump directly to an issue with a known number by typing its number right inside search field. It was a straightforward and quick way to instantly open a concrete issue, which was noted somewhere else by its number.

However, it looks like this functionality stopped working some time ago. I get “No results matching your search” messages.

Is there an alternative way to quickly jump to an issue? Typing issue number in URL field is more like a workaround and isn’t quick at all.
