Feature request: when creating a repository from a template, copy issue tracker labels too

Came across the create repository from temlate which copies over the files from the template repository to a new respositry.

Is it possible to enhance that feature so that it copies over the issue tracker labels from the template repository too?

Reason: Often, the label setup is part of the repository workflow and it could be useful to be able to copy them to a new repository.

Alternativey, a stand-alone feature to copy over labels from one repository to another could be useful too.
