Feature-request: self-hosted storage/packages

We use self-hosted runners in AWS. It would be nice if we could provide self-hosted storage (e.g. we’d do whatever we needed to use S3) for artifacts and packages.

It would make sense GitHub to charge for bandwidth between self-hosted storage and GitHub’s servers; but e.g. artifacts used by self-hosted runners wouldn’t have to do that (if I understand correctly.)

Is this anywhere on the teams radar?
