Feature request: explicit notification of recently released versions

It would be very nice to have an obvious notification in the UI about recently released versions of a repo which I’m watching without all other notifications like issues, PRs, merges, etc. Usually if one subscribes to a repo, they don’t really desire to see all internal activity. I personally have never been using the bell in the right top corner of the UI because it shows so much useless information that it becomes impossible to find something I really interested in, especially within an organization. I would be happy to see there just a few quick filers such as “releases/tags”, “issues / PRs with your activity inside” (this one exists and called “Participating” but I have to click on it first, while it should be the default mode).

Thank you.
