Feature Request: distinct search

Like Google, there should be a way to search distinctly on github in the code or titles or wherever specified for specific strings.

For example:

If I type in an IP into the search bar, it will give me results of repositorys containing any number from the IP. This will return thousands of results which are irelevant and unrelated.

I should be able to do something like:

in:file “192.168.1.122” and it returns me specifically code/repos with specific instances of the IP and not code containing numbers that are in the IP. This would be very useful for PyGithub for example as API pulls are already limited by Github for security reasons I would guess and also it would make searches even better.
