It would be nice to have a page in each projects where people can post thank yous to project owners. Sometimes, I find a small project that solves a problem for me and saves me weeks of time. It would be nice to let the author know how their work is helping me. It would also be nice for that to be visible to other users so that the impact of the project is visible.

here are also community projects like this one: https://github.com/feross/thanks to give thanks programmatically and that’s pretty cool. I’d curious to see what other folks here do to thank their favorite projects…
