Failing Tests after github actions degradation resolution

Hi Github community! I’m receiving some very strange behavior right around the time some updates were run. Tests are now failing(and I have no idea why). To reproduce the problem, I just re-ran all the previously passing tests, and it seems that they are now failing. Here’s an example: https://github.com/genenetwork/genenetwork2/runs/1283474937?check_suite_focus=true. If I rerun that, it fails. I re-ran that in a mirror here: https://github.com/BonfaceKilz/Genenetwork2-Mirror/runs/1292171869?check_suite_focus=true. Just to be sure, I pulled the docker image and there seems to be nothing wrong with the image… the tests pass in the container. Someone please help. I’ll be glad to provide more information if requests

Just re-ran: https://github.com/genenetwork/genenetwork2/runs/1292446908?check_suite_focus=true and it fails…

@BonfaceKilz,

You can try enabling debug logging in your repository and run the workflow again to see if you can get more information about the error from the debug logs.

Thanks. I never really caught anything. We [finally] switched to Python3 and all the tests pass.
