Expand arrow often doesn't work while a step is running

Is this a known bug? I often find that clicking the “expand” arrow next to a step that is currently executing shows me nothing, when I know that the step has incremental output that I’d like to see.

This is a known issue that had been reported by other users before.

I also had reported this issue to the appropriate engineering team for further investigation and evaluation. If they have any progress, I will notify you in time, and sometimes the appropriate engineers may directly reply you here.
