Error while running C++ on Sublime Text3

I wanted to run c++ file on sublime text 3 but i faced this error.

from nr.cpp:1:

Others have seen this error in the past. The best results seem to be with re-installing MinGW using the installer.

The likeliest problem is the necessary MinGW environment variables have not been set up in such a way as sublime text can “see” them.
