Are emails from support@githubsupport.com legit?
That is the email address that would be attached to anything received from our teams using Zendesk.
That said - if you are ever in any doubt about an email that says it’s from GitHub - please open a ticket, copying the contents of the email you received and we’ll be more than happy to confirm!

I find this way too confusing and risky. Probably it would be a good idea to consolidate under github.com only.
