Draft Pull Requests are not available on our private repositories in last few days.

On our organizations github account (Platinum plan), we cannot open a new draft pull request in the last few days. We cannot find any other option than the normal pull request button.
But when we try it on last month, we could find that option for the draft pull request.
Is that broken?

Hi @kyoh86,

According to https://help.github.com/en/articles/about-pull-requests#draft-pull-requests:

Draft pull requests are available in public repositories with GitHub Free, GitHub Pro, and legacy per-repository billing plans, and in public and private repositories with GitHub Team and GitHub Enterprise Cloud. For more information, see “GitHub’s products.”

I believe “platinum plan” is a legacy billing plan, so maybe you tried a public repo last month and a private repo this time?

Correctly, our members have been using the option for draft pull request on some private repos on our organization until few days ago.
But now, we can’t find it on all of them.

A week ago I can create draft pull request but today it has gone.
I’m using PRO plan.

Now I’m contacting to GitHub…

GitHub Support Saying:

> The ability to create draft pull requests in public repositories should be available for all Organizations. However, for private repositories it’s only available to Organizations that are on our newest ‘per user’ price plans.
> If you cannot create draft pull releases from private repositories in your Organization, it’s likely that they are on an older ‘per repository’ plan. You can find more information about upgrading or changing your plan here:

> I believe we did have a bug for a while allowing the creation of draft PRs in private repositories for Organization’s that should not have had that ability, and that has now been patched, so that might explain what’s going on.
