Deploying my first react app with a custom domain - errors galore

I have already had the pleasure of using github to host a personal page and at the time configured a CNAME to use a custom domain. Now years later (for fun) I am taking a React class and part of the class to deploy a simple site using github. At first I noticed that published to my github username was automatically resolving to my domain name. So I thought hey, I can just use my custom name and put it in a new directory.

Obviously I don’t want to override my fantastic home page :slight_smile: and the settings for my react app let’s me deploy the react app into a folder.

{
  "name": "my-react-movie-app",
  "version": "0.1.0",
  "private": true,
  "hompage": "https://robotscissors.com/my-react-movie-app",
...
}

But still getting a blank page and the same errors when trying to access it.

So before you ask, here are my settings.

hey @robotscissors ,
i encountered the same issue yesterday.
for me changing the homepage:<new domain> in package.json and deploying worked. and also after deploying you have to manually add this new domain in GitHub Pages settings.
hopefully this should work for you too.
